If you received an email from the IEDR stating your domain application was successful but your domain is still pending in our billing this may be because your domain has not been added to an appropriate hosting plan. Please check the comments from the IEDR and if they are 'Tech status changed' this typically means the domain cannot be resolved on the supplied nameservers during the order process. Please verify the domain has been added to these nameservers.

If this step has been done and the domain is still pending , you may need to give the system some time to refresh normally maximum of 1 hour.
