We are obliged as per ICANN regulations to send out multiple email notifications as your domain approaches its renewal date.
These notifications are emailed to the account holder:
- 30 days before renewal
- 5 days before renewal
- 5 days after expiry
This serves a few functions in that it alerts you of the upcoming renewal and it also gives you a chance to cancel the renewal if the domain is no longer required. Once a domain is renewed it cannot be refunded.
