Domain names will attempt to auto renew by default if you have a credit card linked to your account. To disable this functionality you need to login to your client area, from the client menu click on Domains > My Domains.
Tick the checkbox next the domain you wish to modify
Click 'More' - 'Auto Renewal Status', from the menu at the top, then click on Disable Auto Renew. This will also cancel any outstanding domain invoice.
With auto renew disabled, no invoice will be generated for your domain name when the renew date is approaching so no payment will be taken.
Please note if a domain name is not renewed , all services associated with the domain i.e email, website and dns records will stop functioning. We are under contract to send domain expiry notifications by domain registrars even if domains are set to not renew.
