**IMPORTANT** Your first Direct Debit will take 7 days to complete, if you need a product or service provisioned immediately we recommend making payment by Credit Card initially. Direct Debit can be set up at any time by following the steps below.
When you are logged into your control panel at https://billing.myhost.ie
- On the top right of the screen, select the dropdown for “My Account” then click on “Direct Debit Payments”
- Click on “Online Mandate” from the options presented on the left of the screen.
- Complete the mandate and make sure it is signed.
- In order for your payments to be taken by Direct Debit you must select: “ Change my default payment method to Direct Debit”. If this checkbox is not selected then your invoice will not be put forward for Direct Debit collection.
- Once you are happy with the information click “Sign Mandate”
- The billing department will be notified that you have signed up for Direct Debit and contact you if there are any issues.
