As per our terms and conditions which all customers must agree to during the signup process, all our services automatically renew on their due date. If your payment type is credit card and you have an active card saved in your client area, then this card will be processed on the renewal due date.

If you no longer require a domain which was automatically renewed, unfortuntely we cannot refund this payment. Once the registrar has charged us for the domain, we cannot refund your payment as the registrar fee is non-refundable.

There is an option to disable auto-renew from your client area. This will ensure that any future renewals are not created and no payments taken.
