When your domain is first created its resources are set to default values. You will need to change these when you first log into the Plesk Control Panel.Once logged in using the user name and password you have recieved in the "New Hosting Account Information" e-mail, click Home on the left of the window. Then click on your domain, finally on the top row of icons click "Limits".On this screen you can change the values for the number of sub domains, e-mail boxes, disk space, etc. Change the value for maximum number of mailboxes to the number you require and click OK.
