What ports can I use to send email via Print

The correct port to submit mail to a mail server for delivery is 587. These ports would need to be setup in your email client. Take a look at our tutorials for step-by-step instructions.

Port 25 should only be used to submit mail for delivery from other mail servers.

A number of Broadband providers (e.g. o2, vodafone, smart, etc) are placing restrictions on port 25 in order to reduce spam on their networks. To get around this
you will need to use their outgoing server rather than ours. You will need to contact the relevant provider in order to find their outgoing server name.
