To re-sync your webmail:

Login to your webmail at https://titan.myhost.ie
Click on the 'Settings Gear' at the top right corner of your screen.
Click on Preferences.
Select the mailbox you wish to re-sync in the top right drop down menu.
Click on Re-sync in the accounts section.
