N.B. To access mail on third party apps like Outlook, Thunderbird etc, permission must first be allowed via your titan webmail portal.

Once logged into webmail, under Settings (icon) > click 'Enable Titan on other apps'.

It is important to know at this stage the difference between IMAP and POP mail.

The configuration settings you need for your platform are:

Configure via IMAP:

Email address:	Your full email address
Password:	Your email password
Incoming server:	imap0101.titan.email
Encryption:	SSL/TLS (Port: 993)
Outgoing server:	smtp0101.titan.email
Encryption:	SSL/TLS (Port: 465)

Configure via POP:

Email address:	Your full email address
Password:	Your email password
Incoming server:	pop0101.titan.email
Encryption:	SSL/TLS (Port: 995)
Outgoing server:	smtp0101.titan.email
Encryption:	SSL/TLS (Port: 465)
