Add Titan Mail to your domain Print

First, create your email address;

To do this log into your client area here. 

Select View Details to the right of your Titan mail package.

Allow the Titan control panel to load, scroll down to Email Accounts

From there you can select the Create New Email Account

To configure your domain name to use Titan mail, you will need access to your domains DNS records.

Remove all other MX records and add the following 2 MX records and 1 TXT record;

To improve deliverability of your mail for your domain, we recommend adding DKIM.

To do this, from your client area, select View Details to the right of your Titan mail package.

Select the Email Reputation section.

Select Add to access the settings required for your DNS to set up DKIM.

There you will find information to set up a TXT record on your domains DNS.

The subdomain should be set to titan1._domainkey while the text content should be the long string starting with "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; ......".
