If you need to update your domain contact (Whois) information you need to first login to your client area and click into Domains > My Domains then select the domain you wish to modify.

From the menu options on the left choose Contact Information and on the next screen you can modify all the contact details for your domain. You can have different contacts if you wish within your organisation listed for your domain , the registrant normally the domain owner, tech contact normally a member of your IT group and billing for the person who looks after domain renewals. Most customers tend to leave their own details for each of those categories however.

Please Note that if you do modify your domains contact details, the registrar will lock the domain for 60 days preventing the domain from being transferred away to another registrar.

This is a security measure and cannot be avoided so bear this in mind if you do intend on transferring a domain you own to another registrar, update the contact details in good time before initiating the transfer.
