Disable SSL on Outlook365 Print

To check your email settings on Outlook please follow the procedure detailed here. Note this is the most basic configuration for non encrypted mail transport.

For encrypted mail transport contact support@myhost.ie and request the encrypted mail settings for your email account. These are settings that would be particular to the mail server your mail is hosted on.  More information on Encrypted mail services here.

Remember to replace me@mydomain.com with your email address, and mydomain.com with your domain name.

Check your email password via http://webmail.mydomain.com

Open Outlook and Select File from the top menu bar, then select Account Settings >> Account Settings:


Select the email account you wish to check and then select Repair:


Select Advanced Options.


Select 'Let me Repair my account manually', then select Repair.


Check that your settings are simliar to the following (remember to replace mydomain.com with your domain name,  Username is your full email address, Encryption set to none and port 143, SPA disabled)


Select the Outgoing mail link:


Compare settings to below (remember to replace mydomain.com with your domain name,  Encryption set to none and port 587, SPA disabled, My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication is set as below)


Select Repair
